Refund due - unable to get feedbac on refund date

After cancelling my Autopage Contract and moving to FNB Connect I notice that a refund has been issued on my account. I have tried in vain to contact Autopage to confirm when this refund will be paid back. <br> <br> Phoned 5 times during the day and 3 times I was cut off after going through a verification process. Then tried to phone Sales dept as you only seem to get through when you are a NEW custcomer. They rudely transferred/cut me off again.<br> <br> Can someone please let me know when refund will happen
