Random disconnection of sim card

Yesterday some random person at autopage altech decided to de-activate my sim despite the fact that my bill has been paid and i RICA it. it took me till 17:00 before i was reconnected. Today at 10:00 decided to do exactly the same thing I have no cellular services an nobody seems to be able to help me??? I cant make or receive any calls or emails<br> <br> I am sitting with 2 year altech autopage contract for iPhone which I cant use an nobody seems to know who disconnected me or why
