R 70 092.99 owed after cancelling a contract!!!!

Due to continued pathetic service I cancelled my contract. I started mid 2014 by telling YOUR staff from July/August that I was no longer interested in upgrades, but cancellation and finally got it done on 14 Nov 2014 when my contract expired. I phoned every month from August to confirm that my contract would be cancelled in November. I received confirmation and everything!! And you confirmed all paid in full. I then got switched to MTN PayAsYouGo and have been on PayAsYouGo since December. I know this cause I load airtime and data every second week.<br> <br> This morning, 8 MONTHS later, I receive a call from Kagiso @ New Debt Management. YOU IDIOTS handed me over for owing R 70 099.92. My contract was paid to date and I confirmed that I owed you nothing. And not a call from your creditors department, sommer reguit handed over!<br> <br> Due to your ineptitude you deleted my number the week my father died and blamed me for it because you people couldn't even do a simple account upgrade properly.<br> <br> This, previous and other type of \clerical errors"is exactly the reason WHY I cancelled in the first place! <br> <br> If you black list me"
