Quick to deduct money but can't provide answers!!!

It has been an uphill battle trying to get answers from Altech Autopage for the past 2 1/2 months now. They were quick to deduct money from my bank account saying that this was for data charges but to date have not been able to provide me with the actual sites visited for this usage. I've spoken to a bunch of *********** fools in their call centre who just keep pushing me from pillar to post. 1st my request was cancelled because someone didnt sign as witness on the form - then i had to resubmit and wait for the full turn around time yet again and when trying to follow up with Nokuthula & Faizeen, none of them have the decency to reply to my emails!! this is pathetic service - I dont know why I signed up for a contract with you guys to begin with!!!
