Quick to black list but not to get it sorted

To our shock we discover that my husband was black listed for a contract he canceled just after he sent the phone back , the same day he received it. Due to the fact that it was not the phone that was promised This was 2012 and not 1 word or phone call from them after this cancelation. I have sent emails to them phone them and no joy. How can we get this sorted? I feel this is my next step and then I need to get my attorney's involve. I just need someone to call me from Autopage so we can get this matter resolved. They were quick to blacklist my husband but NO SERVICE to get it resolved.
