recieved a promotion call on behalf of Altech where you receive a cellphone and 5gigs data ( 2gigs normal usage data and 3gigs night data that begins after 7oclock the eveing). the problem I mainly have is that when I received this package I called to find out how to view the night data allowance and I was told was that it was only available after 12midnight. The only reason why I took out this contract was for the data and obviously I have been mislead in this regard. I wanted to cancel the contract after I found this out because then I have no purpose for this contract and of course call centres are so helpful and provided me with 5-6 different contact numbers to dial till I eventually came out to retentions which told me that I could not cancel they would have to listen to the recordings and see if they can alter the package to what I initially agreed to and I am still waiting for a responds till this day and I was told I would receive a call within 2-24 hours and nothing. I am expecting a response from you asap and I am sure you understand that misleading advertising is a ******** offence and ill be sure to take it further if i do not receive a worth while response from you. <br>
