Query AGAIN need to be logged
Autopage have come back to me after 7 days - but have the info wrong - according my query to them i did not upgrade, that was not the case. The did not activate the service as per contract. Now the query needs to be logged again to the accounts department for investigation - still needs to wait 7-14 working days! How many times do i have to explain the problem?? Can Autopage please sort this out!!
