query a bill

My bill on average is R2500 a month i get a bill for R4600 due 1st July. I looked at my data usage and i get random data usage billed then not billed i disputed the account and all i get back is i must pay how does one have data and purchase adhoc data bit still get intermittent billing.<br> <br> my data bill gets billed then a bunch on zeros then suddenly after 12pm i get billed for data just over 200. In all honesty inwas expecting a bill of less the 2000 this month. I have even moved to a fixed data contract so i have total control to reduce my monhly cost.<br> <br> the explanation i got was i used out of bundle. Agreed at a stage i do but i buy adhoc data. Your explanation and apparent investigation is pityful.<br> <br> in store when i checked the bill with a sales rep said he was also not happy with the bill as it didnt look like the data was being billed and the intermittent billing was odd.
