Problem not solved

I complained about this problem 3 weeks ago. I am struggling to change the data package on my cellphone line for 4 months now. Every month I have to pay hundreds of rand for data usage, because Autopage are not giving me what I am asking for.<br> <br> After the previous complaint, Tshepo phoned me to inform me that the problem was solved, they would credit my account because they did not deliver.<br> <br> Then I opened this month's bill, and STILL there is no 500mb data bundle loaded, and AGAIN I AM CHARGED FOR DATA USAGE!!! I phoned on September 9 and 10, spoke to Tabang and Siphiwe, asking for a bigger data bundle. I was assured that is was loaded. So, I phoned them, lodged a new complaint, number 862731, with Potlako. Do not do business with Autopage Cellular! They are pathetic!!!!
