I purchased a handset from Altech Autopage whom I have a contract with Cell C through. After a few weeks I found on the photos section ****ographic material which was definitely not mine . I approached the franchisee Mr Ahmed at shop 35 , Galleria mall Amanzimtoti KZN and I told him he sold me a second hand phone and charged me for a new one ! I explained everything in detail to him but him and Adam his salesperson just denied it and blamed somebody from Windows . After over 2 hours in the shop on Saturday 13th June 2015 he eventually changed it for another identical \New"handset. I was so humiliated and fed up with the smugness and bad service I just walked out leaving everything at his shop. My wife and daughter went back to collect my things and he acted like it was my fault and gave my family the phone and documents. They brought it home and decided to check what it was all about and saw the same photos on the phone!!! . I phoned the service dept head office and spoke to 4 different advisors .....this cost me over R200 in airtime. I sent 2 emails wanting to cancel my contract with this company with not one reply. Disgusting people and service !!! """
