Poor Upgrade services / No Stock

Hi<br> <br> I just did a upgrade to my contract on the 23/11/2014. I have been waiting for feedback from the Clearwater branch as to when i would get my Iphone 6 64GB Space grey phone. I went to see them now a few time to find out what the wait time would be and and been told the same thing waiting for stock no stock etc. <br> <br> I still have not gotten feedback, i still don`t know exactly when i will get my phone which i am already paying for.<br> <br> As been a 20 Year client with autopage it seem that client retention is not one off there strategies they have. I have also send a email to there services department will wait to see the response and it not satisfactory they will loose a 20 year client.
