POOR SERVICE - UNPROFESSIONAL -

Altech account paid up 2 years ago , firstly mislead by the pinetown branch.... 2 years later receive calls from legal departs telling me i owe over 3k on the account, cell no longer in use... then received call from NAJMA MOOSA who is apparently a specialist MD's desk... She sent me an email which i have as proof that account is closed,paid up and resolved.. to date i am still receiving calls from altech that i owe monies on this acc, tried to call NAJMA back for the last month she doesn't answer or return my email!!! now im ****ed off and if I do not get a response here I will take this further with the NCR themselves. so i suggest someone from altech give me a call!!!
