Poor Service on CELL C INSURANCE

I have been trying to activate insurance on my new devise for the last 2 weeks Cellc Device Insurance Claims <***> these people dont have any idea what they doing such disappointing service then after a month they will tell me they cant insure i have sent signed applications daily from date of delivery :-(
