Poor Service - giving out personal info

As a company we have several contracts with Altech Autopage. In October I received one page from a 77 page account of R17 000. I requested a detailed invoice / Statement, I in turn received a statement and detailed billing of an individual person I have never heard of. In November the same thing happened, I contacted customer services and spoke to Lerato. I raised my concerns and she informed me that she cannot assist, I then requested to speak to a more senior person and got cut off - conveniently so?
