Poor service from my service provider

I took my iPhone 5s in for repairs and was not given a loan phone. Then after two weeks nobody got back to me so i phoned the repair center myself and was told the phone was out of warranty because the consultant had put the wrong date of purchase on the job card. <br> Then i was told the was water damage and the warranty would not cover the repair.<br> <br> about 3 weeks after I too the phone in a consultant phone and said my insurance would supply a new phone. I asked that consultant to please check if the phone could not be repaired as it was only the charging port that needed repalcing.<br> <br> I have no been contacted since except by a the Ricahards bay Branch where I lived more that 10 months ago to says my new phone was there!!!!<br> <br> I try daily to contact the eastgate branch but the phone either just rings or cuts me off!!!<br> <br>
