Poor service!!! Dont ever use Altech Autopage!

I have been trying to port my number over to a different service provider for the past week! Every time its submitted it comes back declined. I have been told numerous things from Nobuthula, Thabelo and Zaheer and each time it gets declined. I have followed protocol and submitted a letter with my company letter head yet it still isn't sorted. I was told everything would go through on the 20th of August yet a week later and nothing has been sorted. I am so angry! I am sitting without a cell phone and am loosing out on business all because your consultants cant get their stories straight. One guy told me i cant go over to prepaid because i need to wait 3 months in order to convert to a different service provider, now the other guy told me it will only work if i go over to prepaid and will take 3 days to get sorted. Who do i believe??? I cannot wait a day longer. Please can someone with the right answers get back to me
