POOR SERVICE-BAD BAD

I upgraded my contract at Autopage Greenstone - firstly service was bad from day 1. No one bother phoning and updating you of what's going on , i left several messages for Herold and the store manager, no one phoned back. Eventually they got the ipad which i received end of March 2015. After receiving my ipad i received 2 calls whereby i was told my ipad arrived when can i come in to sign. i had to tell them i received it already dont they have a updated system.<br> Last month i logged a call reference number 676486 , and no one contacted me i just received a email stating the call is closed. NO CONTACT WHAT SO EVER. i responded to the mail that NO ONE CONTACTED ME HOW CAN THEY CLOSE THE CALL. Today i receive a account and neither the greenstone branch or head office can assist. I requested a lock on the 2GB contract i took and receive a account of almost R7000. This is ridiculous!!! i want this contract cancelled ASAP. i will rather make use of another service provider. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
