Poor service at a call centre

I have been a loal customer with Autopage for many years and never received such poor service. I called the Call Centre at 16:50pm on 18th April to be transfered to the technical department. On being transfered my call gets cut. I try another 3 times, same thing. I then called twice to ask to be transfered to a manager and gets cut again. The consultant even asked for my number and did not even have the decency to call me back. I needed help with why does my mobile data not working even though I have enough data bundle available
