poor service and very poor communication

I have had contract with auto page for years.they dont communicate.they didnt get the instalment on debit end of december.without calling they blocked the phone.i paid on the 29th of january.on the first it was not opened.a rude lady called jackie said they are not responsible for opening my account and i must call their debt collectors.when i called them i sent back to autopage.i was sent from pillar to post.on the 3rd the phone wsa opened.now on the 8th again it is blocked.when i call today a lady called evelyn said i didnt pay,n yet money was debited on the 29th of january.very bad service.
