poor service and follow through

I renew my contract with altech auto page and took out 2 phones within few days both phones where faulty , i went to nearest store and they advised me to contact head office or online store as i had placed this order telephonically i must call them which i did you , they advised that they would collect the units and replace them . courier came collect only one because he only knew of one and then when i followed up day later the phone could not be found , couple calls later the phone was found . Right final got to head office then i waited week and then i followed up . Oh it at warehouse they can not contact them they must wait for contact then i ask about the other phone they then tell me it out of warranty but they were supposed to collect both at same time . lots of backwards and forward almost 1 hour on phone at a time . cant get to speak to a manager then after about 6 calls got to speak to a manager got the other phone collected and then he said will get 2 new phone and sent me confirmation email . I ask for his direct line and surprise cant get him ever .I was sent a phone that look about a year old and i am know trying to call them and cat get anyone help . still need 1
