Poor Service and Bad Attitude

My daughter has a problem with her account and is trying to get get answers and had a mouthful from the young lady in the store who does not even try to assist.<br> <br> When a call is logged with the call centre it is cleared off without even being resolved or answers provided. This happens everytime the call is logged. When this contract is up we will definitely take the business elsewhere.
