Poor service

I have an account with altech autopage and i need them to reinstate my network and all the consultants that is spoke to gave me different time as to when the phone will be working again, I am now getting tired of their incompetency and their bad attitude. Last month i was ****** my phone and they kept saying they are having problems issuing the ITC reference and they kept saying they will contact me once they get the information but they never did, i had to contact them to find out what is happening. I regret busying my phone with them, i will make sure i never use them again
