Poor Service

I went into the Vaalpark Branch to do a Sim Swap after my phone was ******. There were three ladies in the shop. I wasn't greeted when I entered the shop. I approached the reception desk and asked the individual who can help me with a Sim Swap. She told me that one of the other ladies will help me. I approached one of the ladies and she did not greet me at all. She just requested my phone number and ID Book. She eventually help me with the Sim Swap, however you can't actually complain about the service, because there is NO Service at all. In the time that I was in the shop the land line was also ringing. The lady at reception ignored the phone completely, however during that time her cellphone rang and she took that call. To me that is also poor customer service. I've been with Autopage 16 years and never experienced such poor service.
