poor service

I was offered a contract by ruth from next gen and was told that my contract is R259 p.m woth no extra or hidden cost. And when autopage took the money via debit order they almost took R300 no my srvice has been suspended and i must pay reconec fee. This is not my fault and the people from nextgen doesnt get back to me.
