poor service

its now day 4 - no call.<br> <br> im paying more than what is expected from me, and still blocked the line.<br> installment is like R 60 bugs but im paying R 200 - and my mom is very sick and I need to speak to her 3 to 4 times a day and now the phone is off because someone at the accounts department blocked the line.<br> <br> what is wrong with cell c / auto page ? <br> please correct my line now<br> or call me on my cell phone - and not on my mom phone.<br>
