Poor Service

I am unfortunate to have to write on here to get help from Autopage. Ticket reference 771818 and 771819. I have contacted Autopage from their website however my query has not been resolved. I tried calling the customer care number and spoke to Dianna who did not know how to handle my query and cut me off. I tried dialling back and the phone is answered but no one speaks. I called yet again and reached another person who I think was Sibongile who also heard my query and then cut me off. This is ridiculous service!!!! In the interim I cannot receive any calls on my device. I will never deal with Autopage again and am glad to have chosen to cancel my contract. I would however like this to be sorted out ASAP to conclude my dealings with your company. I also requested my contract as the billing is not correct, still waiting on this ?
