Poor service

I bought 10 rand airtime on mtn and used it to buy the weekly 50mb data bundle. the data did not reflect on my account and there was no airtime. i called mtn call centre but they could not help me because im a altech autopage customer . i called autopage and ayanda was not able to help me. she just hang up without saying anything after making me hold the line for 5 minutes. i hate autopage.
