Poor service

I upgraded my contract with Autopage on the 28 of May 2015 and i was suppose to be put on a new package on the 1st of July 2015 and this didnt happen and i then spoke to Tumelo who gave me a ref no 748891 and said someone will call me this was on the 1st and today its the 7th no call or sms i have spoken to 5 agents and they all keep on putting my call through to different departments but still now no one is assisting me and i was told the sales person that assisted me will call me because no one can assist me but still now nothing all i want is to get the package that i wads promised
