Poor Response

I've put in a complain on this site Hello [URL Removed] 10 January about a upgrade phone I received (B15 CAT) <br> Till now nothing has been sorted, a Brain Maleka from customer service called me approximately a week after this complain and after our discussion I've been promise the contract will be stop and the money would be payed back to me, till now nothing in that nature happened go figure?? now Altech Autopage tells me Brain Maleka resigned all of a sudden.<br> I'm paying for this Phone now from October used it three day and that's it. It makes you wonder why there is so many complains for Altech Autopage on this site doesn't seem like it is a reliable company.<br> This is forcing me now to take legal actions.
