Poor customer communications
My contracts were migrated to Altech Autopage a few months ago (ex Nashua Mobile customer). I have a few queries re my contract but cannot seem to get through to the call centre. The online form is of no good and the stores cannot help me with account queries - apparently.<br> <br> Autopage, please treat your customers with respect and get the one basic thing right - communication. First impressions of your company is not good. Please spare me the hassles of moving to someone else and get back to me.
