Poor Communication [Task 628213]

I reported an issue [Task 628213] and decided to phone in as well. I spoke to kbotha@autopage and he said I should send him the email with my issue so that he could take it further as he believed there was something wrong with my number.<br> <br> He did not respond to my email and for all I knew he did not get it.<br> <br> I then send him another email a few days later and tracked it.<br> <br> Within 3 mins my tracking software showed that kbotha opened my email [URL Removed]<br> <br> And that's it. Again he ignored my email and I am still waiting.<br> <br> Autopage has desgined a system to quickly take your money but are very slow in responding to issues that does not bring them money.
