Poor Communication

Cancelled my contract last year in October *** - Not suprised.. But it was not cancelled. Autopage then continued to bill me. Lodge an enquiry once again to get it cancelled Ref 574084 - Wonder if it will actually be done. Then lodged a billing dispute to get my money back *** - Still waiting for my refund. Spoke to a guy today by the name of Levorn - He told me that there is a credit note but they dont have my banking details???? How on God's green earth did you then debit my account all this time? I want mt money back with interest its been a few months now. Why was it not cancelled in the first place and why does it take me so long to get my money back. I have been holding to speak to credit controll now exactly 30 mins?? Does Autopage have so many problems that they cannot deal with the call volumes or are you just understaffed? Pathetic service and really *********** resources. Please can somebody attend to my query or i will lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman directly.
