Poor and non-service delivery

I have a Vodacom cell phone contract with Altech Autopage for a Nokia Asha 311 smart phone, which is still under guarantee. Due to the speaker being faulty I handed it in for repairs in April 2015 at the Montana, Pretoria, branch of Altech Autopage. I was immediately informed that I might want to upgrade instead, but I informed the assistant that I am not interested in an upgrade yet, I first want my phone fixed. He then proceeded to process my claim for repairs. After 3 weeks I checked on the automated repair website where it was stated as being \invoiced for dispatch"& now \""POD\"". I contacted the branch where I was informed that the phone will be delivered any time soon"
