Please release me from them

As an apparent VIP client of this circus I have tried unsuccessfully to upgrade for the last month and a half. Hours listening to pre recordings and hours of emails I either get ignored or have incoherent replies. Today in frustration I tried to cancel all 4 of my accounts and got through to Mpho. After asking me about 6 security questions I mentioned that this is worse than a bank he then carried on asking me questions. Asked to speak to a manager and after 20 min Gideon finally introduces himself apologises for delay and the phone goes dead. No return call and I can't get through to them. If I am a VIP and this is how I get treated I feel sorry for all the other victims. Someone please help me!!!!
