I have been struggling since January 2015 to get a DETAILED report on my data usage, instead of assisting me my account just sky rockets even more outrageous and I get report to the CREDIT BUREAU!!<br> <br> I am not refusing to pay my account, but I am surely not going to pay for something I did not use!!
