Phoning and getting hanged up on

I have done a upgrade through autopage for my cell phone. I waited 2 weeks for a new head set and when it arrived it was the wrong phone. I then contacted them to try and tell them they send me the wrong phone. First I was told that is what I ordered. So after a long discussion they informed me I would have to send it back via courier. After days the courier came and fetched it.<br> <br> So I thought today let me try and find out when I will receive my new hand set and that was something shouldn't have done. I phone and 1st phone call the person answered the phone (after I had to hold on for about 10 min as no operator was available) The person took my details and said hold on -puts me on hold and the 3rd please hold on I was cut off. I phoned again after a couple of minutes as I though the operator will have the decency to phone back. I phoned again and while I was busy explaining my scenario she put the phone down in my ear and I phone again same story. Put the phone down in my ear. I had to phone again as nobody phones back. I spoke to another lady and she said she will find out and let me know. But that is not going to happen. I am very disappointed in myself for renewing my contract
