Phones soft locked

I have 2 cellphone phone contracts with Altech Autopage, they are always paid on time and in full. For the past 3 months, without fail, both numbers get soft blocked on the 1st of the month, despite my accounts being upto date. This means that I can not make any outgoing calls which means that I have to go into a branch everytime to sort it out and everytime I get told it won't happen again but yesterday I had to go into a branch again... Needless to say more than 24 hours later both numbers are still blocked! I have a 2 week old baby, I can't keep running up and down to a branch because the staff don't know what they are doing! I am very disappointed in the service (or rather lack thereof) I have received and quite frankly this inconvenience is unacceptable! what do I need to do or who do I need to speak to to get my paid, up to date accounts unblocked?? This is ridiculous!
