Phone suspended after debit order arranged
On the 2nd October 2015 I received a call regarding my unpaid premium. I requested a debit order be run on Wednesday 7 October 2015. This was not done and my phone was suspended. I then went into the Brooklyn branch on and requested that the debit order be processed and my phone was reinstated. My phone has now once again been suspended. The debit order was once again not processed. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Please do not call from withheld number as I have blocked withheld and private numbers due to being harassed and stalked.
