Phone sent in for repairs came back damaged

-i bought z2 Sony tablet @ midrand vodaworld mall,assisted by Jeremiah with factory Bluetooth and WiFi,on contract from 03 February ,with almost 4 months old i only used it for one month paying it while it is on repair<br> <br> -tablet initially booked in for repairs(Ingram micro southern Africa pty) in march @ rustenburg platinum square auto-page ,quote for faulty WiFi and Bluetooth job number R403086<br> <br> -phone got delivered back to the store,i went to pick it up to find that it have battery problem(was not switching on when tested at the store)<br> -it was secondly booked for battery problem ,thou i wasn't sure if the first problem was resolved,tablet then delivered for second time ,when i went to pick it up i found that it still having the same problem of not switch on,it was not working again.<br> -went to autopage on 05-06-2015 and they told me they booking it for third time,mean while the first and second problem not resolved<br> <br> - i feel hard done by.as i request urgent solution(need another tablet (exchange with either different brand,or cancelling the contact as i m not happy with this deal,,,please help the brother
