Phone sent for repairs, returned damaged screen

Totally disappointed and upset with the service I've received from Altech Autopage. Sent my iPhone in for repairs on the battery and it was returned with a damaged screen, that the phone can no longer be used. After phoning the call center as well as multiple calls and visits to the local branch, no one bothers to call me back. Eventually to be told I must pay R2800 for the phone to be fixed. Disgusting service and no desire to help me resolve this!
