Phone put down several times

Good day<br> <br> My dad's Sony Ericson M5 started giving problems after only have the phone for a few weeks. Camera not working and no reception half the time. After giving the phone in for repairs we got an SMS on the 20th of February stating that the phone is be dispatched. It should be delivered in 4 working days.<br> <br> Today we phone to confirm where the phone is. It was sent to Sundridge Autopage, Port Elizabeth. They closed down last month. The phone was sent back to who knows where. After being on the phone for about 2 hours, phone was put down in my ear not once, not twice about 6 time. That's the service you receive from Autopage. Who's going to pay my phone bill. We had to phone back about 10 times.
