Phone not delivered - cancelling contract

So the retentions department called over a week ago, and offered a new phone with another 25 month contract. The phone has not arrived and after reading the complaints against this company, it seems the best thing is to cancel my contract on it's expiry at the end of April.<br> Please can you action this. I will be putting a stop to any debit orders from you coming off my account as it seems others have had issues with you regarding this too. Even porting seems to be too much hassle!<br> I will be going pay-as-you-go with MTN. Goodbye Autopage and Vodacom...after 20 years!
