Phone Missing ******

Send in phone for software update on the 2015/03/28. Got sms saying phone was received. Got sms saying phone is reaired and send to Three Rver branch. After numerous calls and emails they hade storie after storie. They say phone went missing. they got the phone then missing again. Got sms to say phone is at Three River branch ready for pickup. But phone still missing. Got written proof phone is at branch but again phone missing. <br> <br> After several call emails they cant find the phone. Not even the manager wants to help.
