Phone lost in transit

I booked my phone for repairs on the 5th of January, since been promised that it has been attended and will receive it shortly, only found ot on the 13th of March that the phone has long been lost. even after I have been **** to not once or twice or even three times I have totally lost my patience as I am receiving no service. I was promised a new phone of the value of my current phone in over three weeks I havent received it even after I accepted that it is not the same as the initial phone i had as they are out of stock of my phone. please assist
