Phone has been in for repairs for 97 days

My iPhone 5s was first submitted for repairs on 24th February. On the 7th April, I get it back with no repairs done due to \Find my iPhone"being switched on. Nobody called to tell me that the repairs couldn't be completed because of this. <br> <br> Autopage Greenstone suggested I drop the phone directly at the MTN Service Centre in Midrand to save time. When I got to MTN they said I'd need to pay an excess on insurance and that I'd be best dropping the phone back at Autopage to avoid this charge. <br> <br> On 9th April I dropped my phone back at Autopage Greenstone. I received no updates"
