Phone handed in over 3 weeks now and no reply

Good day <br> <br> I received my new contract sony z3 and within 3 three days it wasn't going on so I then contacted autopage where a consultant advised me to go to the head office and they will assist me.Wen I got there the lady tells me that because my phone was delivered to me I cannot give it in and it will have to collected from me, which doesn't make sense but never the less it was arranged for my phone to be collected and the since then I did not receive a single call from the repair centre.<br> <br> After numerous attempts of getting help a customer care agent said that accessories was missing from the box which is totally untrue. She then said she will assist me and put a note that the accessories were handed in and they should contact the courier company.<br> <br> I Still have not received one call regarding this issue and the debit order has already gone through for a phone I haven't even used.<br> <br> This service has really let me down and your assistance will be appreciated.
