Phone given in for repairs with no result

As a company we have several cell phone contracts with Autopage. One of our workers had his upgrade last year and received in February 2014 a new phone. The phone stop working in January 2015. He gave it in at Highveld Mall Autopage in Witbank the 22nd of January. Only to come to him last week and say they could not repair his phone, but because it is now out of its warrenty (which expired 10 Feb) they not going to help him with a new phone anymore. He told them that the moment I gave the phone in for repairs was still in the warrenty time period...they just pull up their shoulders and do't want to assist and help at all.
