phone for repairs stollen in their possesion

CANT EXPRESS HOW I AM ANNOYD ANGRY AND FEEL HARD DONE BY THE SERVICE IM GETTING FROM ALTECH AUTOPAGE CRAIGHALL PARK<br> <br> in April 2014 I sent my phone which had frozen to This repair shop and a gentleman by the name Peter said my phone SAMSUNG S3 was supposed to be sent to Samsung for checking.I checked with him two weeks later he said still the phone has not returned and that he has not gotten feedback.. <br> <br> two months or so down the line he called me and said that there has been a ******* and the phones that were in the shop all got ****** and he wanted me to send him an affidavit stating that I had given him my phone for repairs and it had been ****** in their possession for their insurance to compensate me .I have always called him and all I get is we waiting for insurance... Recently I called him and the story has now changed he's now telling me that insurance has declined and I can not get my phone. What made me very cross is I called him yesterday 8 sep 15, he said he was going to check with the manager and call me back... which he never did. Today I call him OMG he tells me that I cant hold coz m blocking his customers, what kind of service is. I deserve better service.
