Phone faulty 3 times in a row, after been repaired

I purchased a Samsung A3 cellphone for cash at the Altech store about 4months ago. since then I have hardly even used the phone becuse it was faulty from the minute they took it out of the box and gave it to me. I called Altech and explained my problem the first time and they advised that it will take about 3-6 weeks to fix the phone,and that I can take it directly to Samsung if I want to get it faster. I then waited for over 3 weeks for the phone, and then they told me it was fixed. <br> The phone started doing the same thing that was supposed to have been fixed(freezing) a week later. on the 11/08/2015 I took the phone back to the Altech Store in Nicolway, they booked the phone in. that was the last time I heard from them, until I complained on their Facebook page, I was called on the 03/04/2015 to say the phone is fixed and ready to be collected, over 3 weeks after giving them the phone. I went to go fetch the phone today 04/09/2015 and guess what, as soon as I switched it on, it was not fixed, it was still frozen, no movement on the touch screen. I had to go back to the store for the phone to be booked in AGAIN for the 3rd time now. I paid over R3000 cash for this phone and this
