Phone cut again

Recap: More than R3000 was ********ly deducted by AA as instructed by a company called Oxygen 8. The latter admitted that I did not subscribe to any services and promised to refund the money.
The amount they paid over was less than the amount deducted, but AA still received payment of R2180.
For more than a month I could not make any calls from this phone, lost revenue and incurred extra costs.
Due to all of the above I received an SMS today stating that my service will be cut and my credit rating adversely affected. I phoned and confirmed that this will happen today still.
No warning. I can actually have this account settled within the next week, but despite receiving a payment last week and not missing payment for more than 6 years, AA feels this is the proper way to treat a customer.
You have deducted money without my knowledge or consent. You received some of that back and I can make arrangements to pay the rest within 7 days. I spend in excess of R1100 with you every month and never missed a payment up to this situation, caused by YOU. Is this fair practice and how a customer should be treated? It is not MY fault if you have ***** agreements with dishonest companies.
